Submit a request to permanently delete your Samay Cyber Pulse account and associated data. Please read the information below before proceeding.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification.
What Gets Deleted
Your account, DNS query logs, device records, and personal identifiers are permanently removed.
What Is Retained
Audit logs required for legal compliance are retained for up to 1 year per our data retention policy.
Who Can Request
Employees may request their own data deletion. Employers (Tenant Admins) may request deletion of their organisation's data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you are an employee, your employer may still retain compliance logs as required by law.
